Organizational Structure
The authority in the management of WOFAD rests with the Board of Trustees (4 men and 3 women). A total of seven individuals forms the Board of Trustees and are elected by the general membership of WOFAD at the Annual General Meeting. However, the Board delegates the authority for running the day-to-day affairs of WOFAD to the Executive Director and management staff.

The Executive Director of WOFAD (female) is responsible for the overall management of WOFAD to ensure that its vision and mission is achieved. This includes reporting to the Board of Trustees. The Executive Director oversees the effective management of WOFAD's day-to-day operations, manages all employees and interacts with donors, members and other key stakeholders. The HIV/AIDS Coordinator (female) reports to the Executive director and is responsible for overseeing and managing active programs and coordinating with community members to arrange visits and meetings. The Finance and Administration Officer (female) also reports to the Executive Director and is primarily responsible for the timely production of accurate financial information for WOFAD.
